 Welcome to our Fall Harvest  Food & Wine Pairing!


Join us on Saturday October 20th, 2018 to experience a Wine Paired 4 Course Meal.

6 - 9pm

Chef Amanda Beaulieu, of Greensmere Golf Club and Chef On Thyme at Greensmere Catering, has created a delectable menu for this exciting Fall Event.  Each course will be served with a perfectly paired wine, that has been hand selected by Wine Sommelier, Shirley Roy-Schertzer of Kin Vineyards.





Heirloom Tomato Salad with Burrata Pine Nut Gremolata and pickled Red Pearl Onions

Eggplant Involtini with a Spicy Red Pepper Sauce

Pepper-crusted Beef Tenderloin with a Mushroom Brandy Cream Sauce
