Food and Wine Pairing Event!


 Welcome to our Summer Sip and Savour Experience!


Join us on Saturday July 29, 2017 to experience a Wine Paired 4 Course Meal.

6 - 9pm

Our very own, Chef Amanda Beaulieu, owner of Chef On Thyme Catering has created a delectable menu for this exciting Summer Event.  Each course will be served with a perfectly paired wine, that has been hand selected by Wine Sommelier, Julie Ricard of Domaine Perrault vineyards.




Creamy Asparagus Risotto with Lemon and Mascarpone   - Pinot Grigio

Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Cider Bacon Jam and Pickled Apple Slaw – Cabernet Franc


Beef Wellington, Blackberry Sauce, Whipped potatoes and Grilled Asparagus - Shiraz


Lava Cake – Reserve Bernard (fortified port style wine)
