Welcome to Meals To Go by Chef on Thyme at Greensmere.  For January, February and March Amanda will be preparing homemade flavourful meals twice a month and freezing them.  Stock your freezer for those nights when you're on the run or for work nights to take some of the stress off of your day. Set menus have been prepared and dates selected.  All you have to do is place your order by the deadline given, pick it up (or have it delivered) and put in the freezer.  When you are ready to eat, thaw, re-heat and serve. Other than the soup, all will have re-heating instructions.

Red Wine Braised Beef
Slow roasted beef in a red wine gravy.
Served with whipped potatoes and french green beans

Tender chicken cutlets dusted with flour and seared in a mushroom and marsala wine sauce.

Honey, garlic, and dijon mustard marinated tenderloin served with green beans and rice.

Drunken Chili (GF)
Ground beef and pork blend with pinto and kidney beans. Seasoned with warm spices, a hint of Mexican chocolate and organic lager. Simmered for hours in a rich tomato sauce.
